Susie is a passionate linguist who spent a number of years living and working in Argentina where she learnt Spanish to a native level. She is also a qualified teacher in UK and has 4 years experience of teaching all levels at secondary school.

She has a BA in Hispanic Studies and English Literature from Queen Mary, University of London and a Masters in Latin American Development from the Institute of the Americas, University of London.

Aside from teaching Susie worked in politics and the international development sector for over a decade.

Spanish Club Hexham is a sociable Spanish language learning school where small groups of all levels can enjoy mastering the Spanish language. As well as classes we organise social, cultural events and trips to Spanish speaking countries so that learners can put their skills into action.
